RES began to work with Coldplay in 2014 around the time of Ghost Stories (their sixth studio album).  We worked with Ben Miles (Video Director for Coldplay) on creating a full 360' cylinder of projection mapping (including the ceiling). A truly immersive environment, utilising around 40 Panasonic HD projectors. The show features on the 'The Ghost Stories Live' DVD. 

RES went on to work on many further Coldplay shows with Ben Miles, Paul Normandale, XL Video & VER. One of the highlights for RES was the first video mapping of the ceiling in the Royal Albert Hall in London.

The most recent project was the 'A Head Full of Dreams' Tour. This was their seventh concert tour, launched in support of their namesake seventh studio album 'A Head Full of Dreams'. The tour ran between 18 Sep 2015 – 15 Nov 2017. Featuring 15 shows in Latin America; 45 in Europe; 45 in North America; 11 in Asia; 6 in Oceania; 122 shows in total.

On the AHFOD tour, in collaboration with Ben Miles, RES produced the video playback system design, provided the Ai servers to Paul Normandale & VER, and also produced a library of custom made video effects designed with Ai & Notch, including the iconic opening sequence created with a generative flower of life animated in real time in Ai.
