Ethical practices are increasingly important to a company’s success, according to a new survey conducted by Harris Poll on behalf of AICPA & CIMA. The findings also reveal the value of having a workplace code of conduct, ethics training that resonates across generations, and meaningful action from leadership.
The survey of 1,820 adults in the U.S. and U.K. was conducted to understand shifting definitions and expectations around ethical behavior, as well as highlight where further research may be needed.
