The Student Recreation Center will close on Saturday, May 4th, and remain closed until Sunday, May 12th due to Annual Maintenance Week.
The Downtown Fitness Center will remain open and close for the summer starting Monday, May 13th.

Club Sports

Campus Recreation's Club Sports Program includes a diverse group of clubs such as Competitive Cheer, Equestrian, Lacrosse, Ski, Ultimate Frisbee and Weightlifting

About Club Sports

Each club is formed, developed, governed and administered by student members of that particular club. Each club also has an advisor, which can be a faculty/staff member or a member of the community, to provide guidance. The key to the success of this program is student leadership, interest, involvement and participation.

WVU Club Sports Federation

Club Sports can enhance the collegiate experience by allowing those who participate to develop skills and knowledge of a particular sport, build character, display sportsmanship, foster diversity and develop leadership skills for future pursuits and a lifetime appreciation for physical activity.

Club Sports Federation Executive Board

The Club Sports Federation Executive Board consists of leaders within the Club Sports Program who show a high level of commitment to the program’s success. The Executive Board is comprised of a student advisory group that provides representation for Club Sports Officers and Athletes in matters pertinent to the program and assists the Competitive Sports Staff in overall Club Sports Program administration.
